Founded in 1978, POMC is the only national organization dedicated solely to the aftermath and prevention of murder. Karen's father, Arnie Muscovitz, founded the Merrimack Valley chapter after Karen's death and has been supported by POMC ever since. This listing does not reflect POMC's endorsement of Karen's Law or its current position on the campaign.

Florida's constitutional victims' rights amendment, approved by voters in 2018. It includes the enforceable right to be notified before an offender's release — the right this campaign documents as violated in the Travis Edwards case.
